Olive has built the foundation here at BTTR. Easy to work with, LONG bodied, great feet, fantastic udder. This girl flushed incredibly well AND continued to raise calves for us. (she naturally produced a lot of bull calves, now steers) Olive's Sire, DH Dalton, is sired by Gilchrist's Kodiak and out of a SBH Jock of Springbrook daughter. Kodiak was the 1995 NWSS Grand Champion Bull and Springbrook has produced some of the breeds most famous cattle, including WF Caitlin. We have kept back many daughters from Olive and love what she passes down. We bought Olive in a herd dispersal several years ago, she was standout from day one and now all these years later she was the last one to stick around! Quality, fertility, demeanor, color, Olive has it all.

HMS Lady Olive is a silver cow who we’ve kept back many daughters of. She’s been an asset to our ET program. We bought Olive in a herd dispersal, and all these years later she is still far and away the best of all of them. She is extremely long and walks out with grace. She is incredibly friendly and raises calves year after year with no issues. She’s got a fantastic bag, and we believe her best years are still in front of her.
