Lightning is sired by Windemere Hotshot (AI,PV,D), an STR Revolution son. Revolution was the 2019 NWSS Grand Champion Bull and full sibling to STR Encore, the 2023 NWSS Grand Champion Bull. On the bottom side of Lightning's pedigree is Windemere Hazel (ET,PV,D). A Orison of Culfoich (UK) x WF Caitlin (D) female. Both Caitlin and Orison have produced a multitude of national champions. Hazel's full ET Sibling, STR Savannah, was the 2019 NWSS Reserve Champion Female. Lightning, and her dam Hazel, took Reserve Champion Cow/Calf Pair at the 2022 NCHCA Show.
