IVF work

We were blessed today with the ability to bring in 3 cows for an IVF aspiration (Flush).  Mallory, Olive and Misty were on the docket today.  This may be the last time we can do olive as she is roughly 50 days pregnant.  You can only aspirate up until about 90 days pregnant. After this the Vet cannot reach up to the ovaries to extract the oocytes.  This go round we are going to use CBS No Excuses and EZ Acres Kyle as the sire.  Excited to see the calves on the ground in 9 months.  Next month if we can we will just be aspirating Olive and work on getting Misty and Mallory pregnant.  That will give us a few months to figure out the bulls we want to use in 2 months.
